Runasapi was our fourth Overwatch map where we had the chance to contribute. We joined late in the production cycle, all the main architecture parts & overall design was already done, so we mostly helped out to push it over the finishing line. Our main contributions were set-dressing, polishing up selected corners, signs and posters, and a few hero props. We were also responsible for a lot of optimizations and bug fixing across all parts of the map on the final production stage of the map.

For this map I mostly worked on signage. Here you can see the sign I made for la Cafetería Andrea.

I made the Llaqtapapa sign for the potato market stand.

I made the Wanakupacha sign for the fabric store.

I made the Moda Textil sign for the fabric store on the opposite side of the map. I also put the finishing touches on the water tank by adding the exterior glass panels.

For the cloth weaving machine prop, I added some finishing touches by slighlty altering the mechanism in the back and adding the sun threads to the cloth.
I also made the scrolling cloth texture in Substance Designer, and set up the material in the engine.
